SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME:
All items will be shipped within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment, unless items are out of stock.
In the event of a stock shortage, and for this purpose, the customer will be informed via email, telephone or other available means.

Delivery may take 2 to 10 business days, depending on the country.
We cannot take any responsibility for any delay that occurs in delivery transit time. The reason is because transit time is highly dependent on the postal service of the local and/or destination country.

International Delivery:

We strive to provide the most reliable and affordable delivery service, but sometimes international delivery may be subject to restrictions and restrictions on the carrier and/or customs services of the destination country.
Please contact us for further assistance if you have not received your order after 20 business days from confirming the shipment of your purchase.

RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS:
The item to be returned must be new and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with all original packaging, protection, labels, tags and accessories without any sign of modification or alteration.

If the item is defective, the customer has up to 20 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a new item.
If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return it for exchange, or if they are not interested in another item, they can request a refund.

Unused/unopened items in original packaging will be exchanged or fully refunded within 20 business days of receipt.
Please note that all purchases must be returned within 20 days of delivery.
No returns for refund or exchange will be accepted after 20 days from the date of delivery.

For exchange or refund purposes, please send us an email including the following information:

  • Copy of the document issued by Sportland, Lda.

  • Reason for return

  • Name

  • Address

  • Telephone contact

After receiving and analyzing the conditions of the returned item, and if applicable, the exchange or refund will be made.
In case of refund, it will be made through the same system. or method that was used in the purchase by the customer (excluding shipping costs or additional fees).

Shipping costs are non-refundable except for the following:

  • Shipping address error

  • Error in the submitted article

  • Item with original defect

Refund of the applicable item at any of the following points (within a maximum period of 20 days):

  • Our error in sending

  • Our error in the submitted article

  • Item with original defect

  • Item returned as original, without any sign of dirt, modification or appearance of having been used

  • Item returned with all original packaging, protections, labels, tags and accessories without any damage or modification

Item refund not applicable at any of the following points:

  • Order error by the client

  • Item returned appears to have been used

  • Item returned dirty and/or damaged

  • Item returned with alterations and/or modifications to its original condition

  • Item returned without packaging, protections, labels, tags and original accessories
